VERIFICATION OF ENROLLMENT (VOE)

If a student is younger than 18 years old, he/she must provide the Department of Public Transportation with a Texas Education Agency Verification of Enrollment (VOE) form when applying for or renewing a driver's license or learner's permit.  To receive a VOE form from RHS, the student must meet the following criteria:
 
  • Must currently be enrolled
  • Must be in attendance for at least 90% of the preceding semester


If a student does not meet the above criteria, he/she will be denied a VOE form......there are not any exceptions to this rule.

This form is good for 30 days during the school year and 90 days during the summer.
